Moore has the most pure speed at the position, and he's shown an ability to occasionally catch the football. Hancock is a posession receiver who has trouble with...catching the football. Gerald Jones just looks disinterested and not focused (not that I wouldn't be either with footballs hitting me in the ankles, but regardless...). Basillio was right, the upper classman talent we have is embarassing and no where is it more evident than at receiver. The sooner guys like Jones and Hancock are replaced with Milton and Ambles the better.

I'm willing to give Jones and Moore a break, considering they were injured during fall camp. If the receiving core is going to do anything next year, it will need Jones and Moore to lead the way. Maybe that is an unrealistic expectation on my part, but going through 3 years running of ineptitude in the passing offense is going to raise my alcohol bill.

Kiffin made a comment earlier in the season about rushing G.Jones back after he had not had practice time. Hancock has the busted jaw and saw the field plenty in the Auburn game. I'm wondering if Hancock was able to practice the week before or if Kiffin did not do as he said he would.
