I hate having to click the next button all the time and would like to crank up it up to like 200.

Couldn't find that option anywhere.

Switch to Hybrid view instead of threaded.

Do you mean on a thread or a page? I had to go reset the setting for how many posts displayed per page to the max. It's under Edit Options on the CP page.
