anybody else remember when most NFL teams played in baseball stadiums and you could see the infield in the early games?

Looks like the typical 30,000 for a Miami home game.

Damn I would hate to play Tech with that option offense.

Was just thinking, River, that I don't recall ever seeing a college FB game on a baseball field. Maybe Louisville back when they played at the baseball stadium.

We played Louisville on their baseball field in 91. Also played in Anaheim Stadium the year before against Colorado in the Pigskin Classic. Those are the only ones I remember , I do know we played in Yankee Stadium in the 30s.

same thing in SF until the Giants moved into their new ballpark

also: Jets @ Shea, Falcons before the Dome, Rams in Anaheim (same as the Pigskin Classic v. Colorado), and I want to say Denver before the Rockies' ballpark opened

in Oakland the outfield grass will die from the seats being pulled out and sitting on top of it, so the A's groundskeepers will go out and paint the dirt/dead grass green in between Raiders games
