This is my official first post in a Golf forum on on UT board.

I think I'm finally going to give up my old Ping Eye 2's (tear) for some Taylor RACs.......I lost my 7 iron at Bear Trace last year (if anybody happened to pick one up on #7 ;)....so i bought a Taylor RAC off Ebay to take out to my Las Vegas golf trip and LOVED it.

We played Bears Best and Wolf Creek (WC is featured on this years Tiger Woods EA sports golf game.) GD is was nice....looked like something out of a movie.

May you get the shanks for the next 10 years. This is the greatest exhibit of golfing blasphemy that I have ever witnessed. Ping Eye 2's for Taylor Made RAC's?? Really? I think I need a shower -- For some reason I feel really dirty after reading that....:nutkick:

LOL....I hear ya but my Pings are ruff and toe-up!.....it's more of a repestful mercy killing than anything....like when the Eskimos send their senior citizens down river in a canoe....actually I giving them to my son for his first set.

It's not official yet but the Taylors are strong in my mind right now.

My brother sweared by his ping eye 2s when he played. My brother in law has bought/built multiple sets of irons, currently plays with ping eye 2s, and says it's the last set of irons he's ever going to use.

I use to play, but never spent that kind of money on irons. The set I have is some Cobra's my brother in law built.

If you are still debating, I can give you my bro-in-law's telephone number. He had a set of Ping Eye 2's in good condition as well as a set of Ping Eye 2 beryllium copper and sold 'em both last year. In what he thought was an upgrade, he bought a new set of irons (I believe they are Mizuno's) and he has been suicidal since....

I used to hit Mizuno MP-60 blades 10 years ago, and they took forever getting used to. But when you hit one solid, that ball GOES!
