Take that you haters!

I know it was WKU, but shitfar, Crompy threw the ball great all day. The only mistake was the 1st int and the guy didnt even know he tipped it. Beautiful on the touch passes and zipped the ball when it needed to be. Didnt stare down ANY receivers. Looked the safety off several times and went thru his progressions and checked the ball down perfectly. Stephens showed his arm strength when he came in and looked good doing it.

Running backs? LAWD LAWD if there is a better tandem in the country I wanna know who it is. Hardesty ran possessed, hitting the holes with authority. Looked like a freight train coming at you. Brown is all that and more. Excellent power, speed, and cut back ability.

We threw to the tight end, over the middle no less, and actually scored on it! WTF?!

Defense was outstanding but a little concerned with the pass rush. Not as good as I expected. I think we wound up with 3 or 4 sacks but their QB had all day at times to throw in passing situations.

I know it was WKU but good gawdamighty, we lost to frickin Wyoming last year, Crompy threw 4 td's all last season, and I dont think we came close to 300 yards rushing in a game.

Lastly, if you whackos cant see the talent we have on this team then youre screwier than a Poulan powerdrill. We are LOADED with talent. Young talent in places, but loaded nonetheless.

There sure as fuck aint 60 teams or whatever it is better than we are.

thing of beauty. Like you, I know it was only Western- but Crompy was throwing to spots, dropping in beautiful fades, and just generally looked better than ever before.

I think major difference next week is bigger faster stronger defense will slow down the rush, but still UT looked very good today.

Nobody has said much about it, but Crompy had all day back there. He didn't get the pressure that usually causes his "deer in headlights" syndrome.

Thats the old Crompy. This is the new and improved model. He threw more TD's in this game than all of last season. Looked like a totally diff person.

Definitely a refreshing change compared to year's past. I don't care if it was WKU. After watching the past few fuck ups, I mean seasons, it's nice to come out and blow the freaking doors off an inferior team.

Oku, Teague, and Brown are studs!!!:appl::appl::appl:

He got pressured a couple of times. The time he got roughed, he was still able to complete the pass. That wouldn't have happneed last year.

I was definitely impressed in how Crompton performed and more importantly how he handled himself. Last year that fumble he had would have been a disaster, not a completion. I hope this is indicative of how he plays all year...the kid deserves it.

The whole offense looked good. Yeah, it was WKU, but this is basically the same team that barely beat North Texas State oe whoever the hell that was and lost ugly to Wyoming. They were disciplined, looked sharp, and gave excellent effort. Liked seeing them pull Williams after that late hit call and loved Kiffin's comments abour yanking Bryce when he ran out of bounds on that long run.

How great was it to see 3 and 10 and 3 and 18 NOT get converted for once?

Hopefully this permorance will carry over to the rest of the season!

haha

We wont be throwing many fades against UCLA or Florida. Goddamn I hate that play. Lowest percentage pass in football.

2 picks, 1 bad exchange and 5 tipped balls aganst the worst team in D1. All aboard? I guarantee Kiffin is not blowing smoke up his ass behind closed doors.
