1/3 of the screen was ads. apparently the whole screen was only used for promos and TD replays. on the TD replays, the resolution wasn't right and the players looked squished.

I liked it... I was in the NE lower level and that screen showed me all the plays I missed at the other end. It's a monster.

Well, that's how they pay for the jumbotron. They don't need it if you think about it. It's a convenience for the fans, and a way for them to make ad revenue. Your ass should be watching the game, anyway.
