Yeah probably. I realized that if people post over here I will have to moderate thereby causing me to take time away from my busy RE business. Just look at how busy Toonie is moderating the 2-3 posts/day over on Buns & Posies. I just didn't want that kind of a life spending all my time behind the keyboard like he obviously does.
