Leon was an OMer posting sarcastic testimonials to Fulmer sort of like a less-subtle RNA. He made it pretty obvious so that even the Fulmerites could get it by talking at length about the visions of CPF greatness he had while under the influence of cough syrup. If this guy is Leon then he's been pulling everyone's leg and is in fact not a Fulmerite after all.
