Apparantly Pennington said CLK reached out to Fulmer but was rebuffed. I'm not sure why I"m so hung up about the Fulmer thing. As long as Kiffin wins it doesn't matter, but if it was discovered that Fulmer was doing anything to sabatoge Kiffin, I would probably hit the roof and so would alot of other people.

Just my take, conjecture, speculation, etc. Kiffin and co. are all about building the program, winning fan support, mending fences, etc. Johnny Majors attended practice in the spring and was treated like a king from all accounts. Shortly after Kiffin was hired he said something to the effect that he wanted to meet with Phill to explore how he did what he did for so long. Apparently Phil is just being a bitter ass.
Phil needs to get over himself. Unlike Majors, Phil walked away from UT with a 6M plus buyout and is still bitter. Every time Fulmer opens his mouth or disses the new guys I lose a little more respect for him. If Phil would act half way decently, I think Kiffin and crew would act like he was the second coming of Neyland (I doubt they think that) but from all accounts they treat former players and coaches in a first class manner.
I am happy to see Johnny Majors back in the picture. Yes, he was bitter for a while but his issue boiled down to his dislike for Dickey (can't blame him), Joe Johnson, and the Philopotamous. Once those people were out of the picture, he got over it.
Welcome back King Johnny and welcome back to Phil when and if he ever pulls his head out of his big bitter ass.

I am even happier to get rid of that obnoxiuous bitch of a wife of his. Hope she moves back to Florida where she belongs.
As least we don't have to see her fat ass out on the field anymore or more shoulder massages while Flummo is having his going away presser.
Good riddance Miss Vicky!

Philbert is too damned stubborn and bitter to meet with Kiffin or become part of the program again. It'll be Johnny Majors Part II.
