I'm not sure that's what Kiffin was saying in today's post-practice interview. If you're referring to some other comment, then disregard. Anyway, the dude asked if there would be any major changes to the jerseys. Kiffin said, "No, not that I'm aware of." Then the guy asked, "Names on the back of the jerseys?" Kiffin didn't even seem to be paying attention at that point and muttered, "No".

It's not a big deal but I like the no name jerseys for all it represents. (team, no individuals) but hey that's just me. Either way's fine with me. I do hate to see those names with 16 letters in them running all down the side of both sleeves:

There were times with the former coaching staff that I thought taking the names off the jerseys would have been a good thing. The were some that were playing more for the name on the jersey instead of the T on the helmet. I do not think this staff will have that problem. What do you think this staff would do with a player on the sideline talking on his cellphone during the game?

He actually did say this, a few days ago after either the third practice or the second - can't remember. The reported asked if there were going to be any changes to the jerseys a la the stripes on the practice jersey and he said no. The reporter then asked 'Names on the jerseys?' to which Kiffin replied 'No.' That was it.
