We used to drink Lem Motlow at Neyland like there was no tomorrow. I remember when the "tasters" would decide if the whiskey met the standards of the Jack Black label, and anything that didnt got a green label on it. Then when the Japs started drinking up a river of Jack Daniel's the whole state of Tennessee went on allocation, and all you could get was Green label even if you owned a bar.

Their quality standards have gone to shit recently, thats why I dont drink JD anymore, even though I'm a member of the Tennessee Squires and own that 1 square inch of property over there. :bee:

I never cottoned to Dickel, although my whole family went apeshit on Dickely and Sun Drop. I just didnt get it.

Tried allof'em - then said to hell with it and just drink cheap assed Jameson.

reach in to any of our coolers - Lone Star and a bottle of Jameson. The whiskey is to clean the pallete after a few Lone Star...
