i.e something you knew you were going to hate, but turned out it was something that jumped right into your Top 5.
Mine was ............drum roll please....................... Tuna Pizza. Yeah, you heard me, Tuna Pizza. Its fantastic. I had it at a little Italian place in Israel and they recreated it for me at Harper's in Charlotte. Thin crust, basil, sauce, onions, and put the raw tuna on 3 minutes before its ready. Unfuckingbelievable.
