Grace wet Jerk Marinade. This stuff is unbelievable. Rub your chickies down good with this stuff, then let is marinate for 3-4 hours. Fantastic, and hot.

Publix carries it.

Dont know why holidays make me think of chicken, I should be sick of it as much of that shit I ate today swimming in white sauce.

Also worth a try, not for steak (a good steak needs no sauce) but for marinade etc.

I've never seen that sauce before. Tabasco makes good shit, if it aint good they dont sell it. Try Tabasco Soy Sauce sometime, very good stuff.
