Tomatoes
Light bread
JFG Salad Dressing on both sides (be liberal)
Salt and Pepper
You can toast the bread for 10 seconds if you want but any more than that and you are a communist.
Thankee.
BTW, never put tomatoes in the fridge. I mean never ever fucking ever put them in a refrigerator. It kills the flavor. Leave them on the counter or by a window.

When you are buried, I'm going to see to it that your body is draped in JFG salad dressing! :rotfl:
You are dead on about tomatoes. My wife freaks out when I leave them out of the fridge, even after I've cut them. But my mother -- and grandmother -- told me that it's OK. Good enough for me.

Remember the dog with the T hat avatar? Seems our boy Gheng hasn't been totally upfront about the JFG thing.

Looks like I'm going to have to kidnap me a JFG executive to get my hands on the Regas House Dressing. My lab is in shamble after wasting about 4 gallons of oil and vinegar trying to replicate that shit. Now, where are them maters.

Maybe try using cheaper vinegar and oil. No offense to Regas or JFG, if you look at any bottled dressing they use shit oil. That stuff did stay in solution at the restaurant which would lead me to believe some partially hydrogenated swill instead of extra virgin anything.

The cultivar 'Floramerica' is grown in FL for sales all over North America because the damned things transport well.
In Houston, I grew Floramerica because they were one of the few kinds that could produce in heat. Even fresh off the vines, they tasted like nothing. Then I discovered Cajun Maters from Louisiana, and even if the bushes die at midsummer and have to be replanted, they make maters that taste closer to how maters should.
Go with 'Celebrity' maters from Grainger County.
