Not only did the show producers overuse the "I'm a prodigy" bit, first they had to teach Danny, the underachiever, how to say it. They were freakin' desparate for a story arc.

Paula should have kicked Lacey out, her keeeping the clueless, talentless one probably was why she failed.

The crew in Atlantic City, shown last week applauding their two potential bosses will chew that self proclaimed red neck up and spit him out like so much bad sauce.

Oh, well, at least nobody said, to Chef, when he was musing on this being the hardest decision that he'd ever made at Hell's Kitchen, that the hardest decision was whether to cheat on his wife or not. His wife whose Father is Ramsay's business partner.

I honestly haven't watched this show since the first season.
I just simply cannot stand the utter lack of talent they put on the show. Has it gotten better? I honestly hope so because there are so many really talented deserving people out there who never make it. It is a BRUTAL industry and we have been very fortunate to be somewhat successful in it. Many people far more talented have not had the same success and I am not ashamed to admit that. There are many things that go into making a good chef and cooking ability is just one part of the terrible equation that many people do not understand.

Hells Kitchen is a fucking disaster. When I tune out you know that show sucks cause I was GR's #1 fan a year ago. He's gotten too commercial, and I'm not going to defend him anymore.
