Did you go to The Vista before the game or after for dinner?

I've never been in the new arena, but I've watched a number of Vols vs. Cocks in the old arena. I had a buddy who had season tickets on the second row behind the visitor's bench. So I've sat right behind the Vols in the middle of the USC big dollar donors.

They don't like Vols sitting in their rarified air. Same for Football games, I've sat in the Club section in all orange, and they didn't like that much either. One year this old blue haired woman said she was going to find out who the ticket holders were who gave their tickets to fans of the other team, cause they spend a lot of money for their seats and shouldn't be subjected to having to sit with Vol fans.

The ordinary run of the mill drunk Gamecock fans are great. But their uppity upper crust sucks. I just laughed at them and told them it's great to have good friends who didn't see things they way they did.

We actually met at Sticky Fingers out at the Mall as it was easy for my brother to find and my kid loves thier wings.

I liked the old arena - I attended my wife's graduation there - just a few years ago:naughty: and saw quite a few games - none of them in the primo seats, however.

I did sit the club section for a football game once. They were real nice to us and we were very orange ( think the clemson thing makes them dislike orange more than the average SEC fan). The seats were great and the people around us were very gracious as we kicked their asses.....

The Vista is a part of town with a lot of entertainment/restaurants.

I sat in the club seats for football games about 4 times and only once did a blue hair woman harrass me. The basketball fans were shittier. But we were really loud and indoors in the Gym.
