Long story short....
This 14 yr old kid was shopping with his mom, and this kid sees a toddler by herself near the front door with no parent around. He sees a group of women standing just outside, so he takes the girl by her hand and walks outside to see if any of the women is her mom. The mom, while walking around looking for her daughter, sees the boy walk out of the store together and begins to run outside, while the boy is walking the girl back into the store after finding out the none of the women outside is her mother. The mom then has the store call 911. The cops show up, and the boy is now in the shoe dept looking for shoes, with his mother. The cops cuff him and even though the mom drops the charges, the state is still pressing.
