I'm working a lease with them (government) now and I have seen some unfukingbelievable stuff coming from the other side.I've been doing this for 25 years and 60-70% of my business is leasing but these people are showing me new crap every day. This started before Obama took office so I can't hang it on his people.

I shudder to think about the government in the banking business :img15:

he's taking advantage of a situation not of his going and making it worse intentionally. I'm a life long Republican but I'm disgusted with them for getting us in this mess and allowing all this crap to go on.

It's seems to me that the attitude in this country for the past few years has been, screw everybody else, I'm getting mine. Couple that with the loosening of tried and true loan policies and principles and wham....we are fooked!

I met a agent in Chattanooga last week, whose name is Rudy. His son was one of the founders of Sticky Fingers.

Yes, I know Rudy very well. He and his family are very nice people. His father was one of the first Realtors in Chattanooga and their company is one of the oldest in Chattanooga if not the oldest.
