This is not out of line and is far less that what we were hearing about Memphis. Pearl didn't ask for it and Hamilton didn't give away the farm.

Part of Pearl's new contract includes an increase in the salary pool of his assistant coaches that is consistent with the percentage his contract is increasing (roughly 15 percent)."
