If I go to my User CP, there are odd little comments next to the two threads I've started and a rating of some sort. What's the deal with that?

at least in North Carolina, they don't. Maybe you chicagodogs wear pants...and in the dog world assless pants would be imporant to have unless you want to wander around packing a load all day.
