View Full Version : A feature you will grow to love- The Ignore List

I'm on an officiating board powered by vBulletin and there are a couple of inflammatory posters who argue all the time. I recently learned about the ignore list- click User CP, then on the left-scroll to Settings and Options, click Ignore List, type in the box the name of those posters you do not wish to read, click OK, Smithy's posts magically disappear from your screen:yes2:

that plus the subscribed thread option will make for a more enjoyable experience.

If this had been on the yuku thing, I wouldn't of had such a disdain for the style board. Thank you for this feature vB! :rock:

We could have ignored Boob, V12, the whole lot of them. Of course we'd miss those warning posts mentioning Glocks, bouncing, and ju-jitsu so we might not know why we were banned.

I've never put anybody on ignore on any board, not even Volscat.....what's the f'in point of talking to 10-15 people you agree with completely. I have good days and bad days with shitty..........it's like a.m. talk radio, if you don't like it turn the channel.....I completely LOATHE shitty but sometimes i just like f'in kickin the shit outta somebody and shitty's always there for me.

You can still view the post of a person you have on ognore, they have that option built in on vb. Hope you guys knew that.

No idea because I ignore him now. But my guess is that the Bryce Brown signing sent him over the edge and he's recuperating in a padded room somewhere.
