I've checked everywhere I can think of to check....the most I could find was a place where you had to select from some canned pics after you've posted 10 times...
Sorry if I've overlooked something painfully obvious to everybody else. You shoulda seen me in high level math!

Click on UserCP near the top left of the screen.
Click on Edit Avatar on the left menu.
Scroll down to the bottom and you'll see a place where you can specify a URL or hard disc location of your image file. Note that the image file apparently must be a .GIF file and it must be small.
If you can't figure out how to reduce an image to a small enough size to fit you might be able to lift your old avatar from the Yuku forum. Just go to Yulu and pull up one of your old messages with your avatar showing and right-click the avatar. Choose the option in the resulting context menu to save the image as a file. I recommend that you save it with a .GIF extension. Now go back to this forum and specify the location of the saved image to use as your new avatar here.

I see your avatar so it must have worked.
Anybody know a good (and free) utility that will reduce JPEGs to avatar-sized GIFs?

gimp... it's way overpowered for that, but it will resize.

I haven't tried gimp in years. The last time I did I didn't have the IQ to make it work. Has it become any easier to use for someone who knows nothing about graphics?

MS Paint will reduce as will Pixela. Needs to be 80 x 80, although I screwed up and entered 85 x 85 and it took it.

If I was using the name "Dick Head", I wouldn't want to shrink it down too small.
