Under User CP there is a place to pick your Avatar... you'll have to upload or link to one.

it doesnt give you the option. its already selected as not using an avatar, and you cant change it.

Do you see a box below with a "use custom avatar" or something like that? Check that box and it should let you upload or link to one.

Your Current AvatarNo Avatar Specified Avatars are small graphics that are displayed under your username whenever you post.
Do not use an avatar
Note: if you have a custom avatar selecting this option will delete it.

there is little box that is checked beside: Do not use an avatar... and clicking in it doesnt change it.

Before I gave the reply with the icons, I should have finalized the set. I uploaded about 1000. I realized quickly that was way too many and cut down the list.
